Would you do it differently and how would you encourage younger pastors who are listening?

I’d hire a part-time worship pastor and then hire 1 or maybe 2 founder-type pastors
Get the right guys on the team and let them run in their lane.
Hire to chemistry and culture very early on

What are some lessons you have learned in leading staff?

There is always something happening; there is never a dull moment
Don’t be afraid of the tension in the staff
You have to be willing to make the hard decision
