Pastor Guilt

When pastors think they are super heroes, they try to do all of the work themselves. Inevitably this means they have created an impossible job description that they can’t keep up with. Because of this, pastors live with an immense amount of guilt. When your identity is in the work of ministry, and not in Christ, then you will be unhealthy and full of pastor guilt. It’s time to get back to being busy with the right things that God has called us to do as pastors.
