Defining Your Why

In this episode, Pastor Trent and Pastor Greg discuss the importance of being busy defining your own personal WHY. When you define your WHY you begin to understand your calling, your DESIGN, and the assignments you can take our of your DESIGN to make disciples. In all things, we must start with WHY!

  • What are you energized by?
  • What are you good at?

  • How do you want to be remembered?
  • How do we teach our people to define their WHY?
  • We want pastors and our people to lead and serve out of their DESIGN (listen to previous episodes as we define this often).
  • We have developed a process called The Journey that leads people down their DESIGN path.
  • Calling, DESIGN, Assignments:
  • Every Christians calling is to glorify God and make disciples.
  • Every Christian then has a specific DESIGN for they are to make disciples.
  • Out of our DESIGN, we can determine our Assignments that God has given to us for making disciples.
