What are our staff values at Foothills Church?

None of us are as smart as all of us (collaboration).
Do the right thing the right way (honor).
Be proud of it or fix it (ownership).
Play hard and work hard (fun).
Never stop learning (development).

What is honor?

Treating someone with respect.
We want to create a healthy culture, not only who do the right thing, but the right way.
If you allow gossip to happen, it is going to separate and disunify your staff.
Honoring each other with your body language.

How is honor demonstrated as a team?

We need to know how to honor pastors.
As we speak to our church members, we should be honoring our team members.
Honor leads to unity.
Being around each other, being relational among your staff.

What does it mean to be proud of it or fix it?

We always want to make our ministry better.
People need to be celebrated and not tolerated.
Get away from ‘your’ mindset to ‘our’ mindset
