Leading Volunteers – Part 1

In episode 22, Pastor Trent and Pastor Greg begin a discussion on leading volunteers. A pastor does not just preach a sermon on Sunday, or lead a small group during the week, but the job description is to “equip the saints for the work of ministry.” We must be busy with developing volunteers to do the work of the ministry in all areas of our church.
