What is a leadership pipeline?

A leadership pipeline is a trajectory of leadership that allows you to develop leaders to lead themselves and progress to leadership at the highest levels of your organization.

Why is this important for the church?

It’s our mandate as Christians (Matthew 28); to be a disciple-maker
It’s the 1-sentence job description of the Christian
It’s the model of Jesus (relational discipleship)
Discipleship and development are two sides of the same coin (character and competency)
