How do you finance a building campaign?
Look at your debt to income ratio.
You want to see giving increase and debt percentage to be below 35%.

It’s not about the brick and the mortar, it’s about people.
A vision is an answer to a problem.
If you cant look at your community and see a problem, you’re blind. (PT) (QUOTE)
After you look at debt/income ratio, you must project cost.
You must reach out to people to get an idea of space needed for your project.
When we planted in DC, there was another church that was a huge part of finding a building. (PG)
Banks will look at the record of the church.
How do you speak to your church about building campaigns?
It comes down to relationships and faithful people giving.
We decided that we will teach people to be biblical stewards with their money.
We are not fundraising, we are casting vision to the people of the church to reach more people.
Our heart is in the gospel and helping people grow in their faith.
There will always be opposition.
As churches grow, the feel changes.
